ChargeDNA Corporation ("ChargeDNA") provides this Limited Warranty for ChargeDNA battery charger model 030-0025-07 (the "Product") solely to the original end-user purchaser who bought the Product new from ChargeDNA or an authorized ChargeDNA reseller or distributor. It is not transferable or assignable.

COVERAGE AND WARRANTY PERIOD

ChargeDNA warrants that, when used normally in accordance with the published instructions and specifications, the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original retail purchase or delivery date, whichever is later (the "Warranty Period"). Retain dated proof of purchase or delivery. If acceptable proof is unavailable, ChargeDNA may use the Product date code and its records to determine eligibility. Unless those records establish a later date, the estimated purchase date will be 90 days after the date identified by the Product date code, subject to applicable law.

CHARGEDNA’S OBLIGATIONS

If ChargeDNA confirms a covered defect during the Warranty Period, ChargeDNA will, at its option and without charge for parts or labor, repair the Product; replace it with a new or refurbished product having substantially equivalent functionality; or provide another remedy required by applicable law. If the Product is discontinued or unavailable, ChargeDNA may provide a comparable current product with substantially equivalent or greater functionality. A repaired or replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or any longer period required by law.

EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Warranty does not cover a defect or damage caused by or resulting from:

1. misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, or careless handling;
2. use contrary to the operating or safety instructions, specifications, or battery manufacturer’s instructions;
3. incorrect AC supply, battery voltage or chemistry, polarity, connection, installation, maintenance, ventilation, or environmental exposure;
4. operation outside published voltage, temperature, moisture, shock, or vibration limits;
5. unauthorized modification of the Product or its AC or DC connections;
6. disassembly or repair by an unauthorized person, but only when that work caused or contributed to the claimed defect or damage; or
7. external batteries, vehicles, accessories, wiring,
   equipment, or events beyond ChargeDNA’s reasonable control.

An excluded condition does not void this Limited Warranty unless it caused or contributed to the claimed defect or damage. This Limited Warranty also does not cover normal wear, routine maintenance, cosmetic damage that does not affect operation, or a Product whose serial number, lot number, or date code is unreadable when reasonably needed to verify eligibility.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

Contact ChargeDNA before returning the Product. Provide purchaser contact information; model and serial, lot, or date-code information; proof of purchase or delivery if available; seller name; a description of the problem and troubleshooting performed; and reasonably requested photographs or video. If the problem cannot be resolved and may qualify for coverage, ChargeDNA will issue an RMA number and return instructions. Do not return the Product without an RMA; an unauthorized return may be refused or returned to the sender.

SHIPPING COSTS

For an authorized claim initiated within 90 days after purchase or delivery, ChargeDNA will provide prepaid standard shipping within the United States or Canada. Thereafter, the purchaser pays inbound shipping. If ChargeDNA confirms a covered defect, ChargeDNA pays standard return shipping. Expedited or international shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and costs for a Product that is not defective or not covered are the purchaser’s responsibility unless prohibited by law. ChargeDNA will obtain approval before assessing a charge.

LIMITATIONS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE THREE-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD. CHARGEDNA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM A BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Some states, provinces, or jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusions, so they may not apply to you. ChargeDNA does not exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights under applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, or local law. No reseller, distributor, employee, or representative may modify this Limited Warranty or make an additional warranty for ChargeDNA unless expressly authorized in writing by ChargeDNA.
